We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The staff was amazing, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and valued. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel's location was perfect, in a nice neighborhood close enough to the city center to walk to famous landmarks like La Scala and the Milan Cathedral.

Although the shower drain was not working properly, the hotel staff quickly addressed the issue. Additionally, some facilities in the hotel appeared slightly outdated.

The terrace was a great bonus, with a beautiful view and garden furniture to relax in. The in-room amenities were excellent, including ironing facilities, heating and air conditioning. Not to mention, the free Wi-Fi was a huge plus!
